Welcome to New Move Massage. I am a professional, licensed massage therapist who is dedicated to helping my clients feel their best. I believe massage can be used to complement a balance and wellbeing to the mind, body, and spirit. In order to do this, I use integrative techniques to help clients achieve their desired results.
I believe in working with my clients wants and needs to create a treatment plan specific to them. After the initial evaluation follow up sessions may include incorporating integrative techniques. These integrative techniques may include PNF movement (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), stretching, thermotherapy (hot towels and paraffin), cryotherapy (ice therapy), or cupping to achieve desired results for their treatment plan.

Begin with a revitalizing scalp massage, followed by a massage for your hard-working hands and feet. This treatment will leave you feeling rested and refreshed.
